This program has multiple goals: building muscle and strength, while making sure you are using these gains toward building a more efficient body with higher metabolism, better aesthetics, and improved performance. By the end of SPA, you'll be all-around fit. You’ll be stronger, jumping higher, running faster, looking more athletic, and feel more confident. This program is a strong foundation on which you can build a healthier, happier life.
This program is perfect for someone who has been training on-and-off for a few years, but haven’t followed a structured program, designed by an expert. Or for someone who has tried structured programs but fell off the track due to lack of variety or results.
WHAT RESULTS YOU CAN EXPECT?
WHAT'S THE TRAINING SCHEDULE & WORKOUTS LIKE?
Over the next 8 weeks your training will take you through 4 phases, with each phase lasting for 2 weeks. You will have a Mini Challenge before you start your program, half-way through, and at the end of the program so you can track your progress and measure your results.
PHASE 1: TAKE CONTROL
You build strong foundation with strength and stabilization exercises, and gain confidence and control in the weight room.
PHASE 2: HYPOTROPHY
In this phase you make the biggest gains in terms of muscle size, while also improving your performance and you’re your body’s efficiency to recover.
PHASE 3: BUILD STRENGTH
In this phase you will experience the most growth in your strength and break personal records, with mixture of overload and dynamic workouts.
PHASE 4: POWER
You've done great work for weeks, and now your body and mind are prepared to take it to the next level, through the combination of strength and power exercises.
